My Care Portfolio is a 3-4 week pre-employment programme designed to train inexperienced individuals on how to become a care worker. On completion of the programme all learners will achieve Level 1 Cert in Introduction to Health and Social Care and Level 1 Award in Digital Skills. In addition to this learners will also carry out a series of specialist training courses which include areas such as Manual Handling, Personal Care, Pressure Area Care etc.
